Improving top of the funnel for lead sharing car dealers & freelancers

Why it matters

The business was at an expansion state to pan-India after the successful pilot in Hyderabad. It was necessary to create a new interface that fulfils the purpose of education as well as lead creation.

Problem Analysis

Existing screens

The UX of the existing landing wasn't the best. It lacked clear education about the business & benefits.


The CTAs were not intuitive & some of them did not even function.

Post a UX audit, I went ahead & talked to the users to understand their needs and how are they consuming the interface

Redesign

First fold completely focusing on what the business is and what the user can find here along with touchpoint for sharing a lead

Social proofing for improving trust within the brand. Could also incorporate location-based data of brand performance

Video carousel for educational purposes. clicking on these would open an immersive view

Dashboard view for dealer performance.
Dealer can sort lead type to view the performance & earning
